The Director of Annual Giving and Membership will work closely with the Vice President of External Affairs and President & CEO to build our membership base and advance an annual giving program that generates funds through high-net-worth individuals, special events, and grant and foundation support which meet and exceed fundraising goals. This position supervises the Annual Giving & Membership Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is a strong internal and external communicator and has the capacity and skills to help significantly expand the individual donor base through direct solicitations and stewardship. This position also collaborates closely with the External Affairs Officer in the design and implementation of cultivation events. Responsibilities include administration, cultivation & solicitation, and strategy & integration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is a strong internal and external communicator and has the capacity and skills to help significantly expand the individual donor base through direct solicitations and stewardship.
