Baltimore County Public Library in Towson, MD has an immediate opening for its Philanthropy Manager & Foundation for Baltimore County Public Library Executive Director. Under the direction of the Chief External Affairs Officer, the Philanthropy Manager leads the development and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support BCPL's programs, services and capital initiatives. This role supervises the Philanthropy Department and manages all of its activities, including oversight of the Foundation for BCPL. The Manager cultivates donor and prospect relationships, collaborates with library leadership and ensures philanthropic alignment with the Library's strategic goals. Serves as the Executive Director of Foundation for BCPL, an affiliated 501c3 non-profit organization. Competitive salary starts at $99,026 on a 14-step pay scale. The Library offers an excellent benefits package that includes paid holidays, 20 vacation days, 15 sick days, and seven personal days per year.
