Outcomes – and how your organization measures them – tell an important part of your story to funders. Logic models are a good way to map short- and long-term objectives and are increasingly required as part of the grant application process. In this session, various styles of logic models with examples will be introduced, and an actual logic model for a funded program will be presented to clarify the theory.
