Join us for a panel discussion with C-Suite development professionals to discuss pay negotiations & advocating for equitable compensation for your career. 

Overlooked and Underestimated: The New Ageism (April 14th: 12:00-1:00pm)

As more Gen Z and Millennials are entering the workplace, there is a new form of silent ageism that continues to be a barrier in career advancement for young professionals. Join us for a panel on to discuss how generations can work collaboratively to work against stereotypes to form future mentors and successful succession planning.
