Harford County Celebration of Philanthropy

The Harford County Celebration of Philanthropy was created by AFP Maryland to give recognition to those who are truly agents of change in our county.  Recipients of these awards are nominated and selected by a committee consisting of Harford County members of AFP Maryland.

These awards are presented to individuals, families, businesses and organizations in Harford County whose exceptional generosity demonstrates outstanding civic and charitable responsibility, and whose example encourages others to take philanthropic leadership roles. 

This year’s honorees include: Tom and Sharon Walls and Katie Hargrove as the Family Philanthropists of the Year; Erin Acerno, Southampton Middle School and Robert Temeh, The John Carroll School as Outstanding Youth Volunteer Fundraisers; the Chesapeake Cancer Alliance as Outstanding Business Philanthropist. William H. Cox, Jr.  will receive the Terry Troy Award for Volunteer Service. To learn more about this outstanding event, click here!

Cost $50 per person or tables of 8 for $400.  This cost also includes the morning program on board development.  If you would like to only purchase a ticket for the morning program, the cost is $25 per person.

This program is included with your luncheon registration. Morning program-only registration is also available for $25 per person.
