With supervision and guidance from the Assistant Vice President for Alumni and Donor Services, the Annual Giving Officer is responsible for the creation, implementation, execution, and evaluation of a comprehensive annual giving plan designed to cultivate and retain current donors and acquire new supporters for the University of Baltimore. This position develops an organized plan of solicitation, communication, and stewardship strategies involving direct mail, a phone program, email and social media vehicles, giving days, and online donations. The Annual Giving Officer will have strong management skills, experience with monitoring and evaluating annual giving programs, ability to meet financial targets, and experience managing vendor relationships. This individual will also work closely with key staff in the Office of Advancement and External Relations to secure a steady stream of a financial funding for the University, support overall fundraising activities, and serve as an important partner in developing the donor pipeline. Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
