Increasing Board Engagement: Board Members Don’t Have Magic Wands Either

This program is included with your luncheon registration. Morning program-only registration is also available for $25 per person.

When we successfully engage our board members in meaningful fundraising activities, the effect can raise money, boost morale and build skills. Stop whining that your board is not doing enough to help raise money. Do you know why? Have you just assumed they know where to fit in and that they know what to do? Do you know how best to support them?  This workshop explores successful strategies around engaging and inspiring board members to be excellent, well-prepared brand-ambassadors and resource-attractors for your mission. Drawing on Jennifer’s experience as professional staff fundraiser and board coach/trainer, this interactive workshop will give you concrete and bite-sized ideas to implement back at the office.
